This policy sets out RH (NW) Ltd’s commitment to protecting personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. It applies to all employees, contractors, and third parties who process personal data on behalf of RH (NW) Ltd.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It includes slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking. RH (NW) Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings. 3. Compliance and Reporting

All employees must read, understand, and comply with this policy. Preventing, detecting, and reporting modern slavery is the responsibility of everyone working for RH (NW) Ltd. Employees must report any concerns or suspicions immediately to their manager.


We encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith, even if they turn out to be mistaken. No one will suffer detrimental treatment for reporting concerns.


4. Communication and Awareness

Training on this policy and the risks of modern slavery will form part of the induction process for all staff. Our zero-tolerance approach will be communicated to suppliers, contractors, and business partners at the outset and reinforced as necessary.


5. Breaches of Policy

Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal for gross misconduct. RH (NW) Ltd may terminate relationships with individuals or organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
